Early Access Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 29, 2026
This notice explains what information we collect on matchandmatch.app when you visit the page or join the Match&Match early-access list, and how we use it. Match&Match is operated by Twins Pickleball Club, a sole proprietorship (“we,” “us”). The Match&Match app hasn’t launched yet; it will come with its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- When you join the list: your email address, the plan you picked (Free, Plus or Pro), and, only if you enter them, your ZIP code and skill level. If you answer the optional question about the most you’d pay per month, we save that answer too. We also record which version of the sign-up consent you agreed to.
- Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you used (for example, which ad you clicked), so we can tell which ads work.
- Anonymous page activity: page views and plan button clicks, tied to a random ID that your browser keeps for that tab and clears when you close it. This activity isn’t linked to your email address.
- Abuse protection: your IP address is used to create a one-way, salted code that limits repeated sign-up attempts. We don’t store the IP address itself.
We don’t collect payment details. This page doesn’t use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To email you about early access and the launch of Match&Match.
- To understand which plans and prices people prefer before we launch.
- To keep the sign-up form free of spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. Service providers handle it for us only to run this page and the list: Cloudflare (website hosting) and Supabase (database, United States). If we use an email service to send updates, it will receive your email address only to deliver our messages. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Your sign-up: up to 2 years after your last update, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Anonymous page activity: up to 400 days.
- Abuse-protection codes: 2 days.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
- See, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@matchandmatch.app from the address you signed up with. We’ll reply within 45 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we collect and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We don’t sell or share it. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
Age
The early-access list is for adults 18 and older in the United States. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
